Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (Australia)
All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Standard shipping times typically range from 3–10 business days, depending on your location. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

International Shipping
We offer international shipping through Australia Post International Services. Pricing is based on weight of the parcel and is based on Australia Post Prices and Greta's Creative Corner packaging expenses - At this point in time, we do not ship items over 10kg internationally. Please note that delivery times can vary significantly depending on destination country, customs processing, and local postal services.

From time to time, international deliveries may be disrupted or delayed due to factors outside our control, such as customs inspections, postal strikes, or transport restrictions. By placing an international order, you acknowledge and accept this risk.

Address Accuracy and Lost Items
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. We cannot issue refunds or replacements for orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Once an item has been handed over to Australia Post, we are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages. Any delivery issues should be followed up directly with Australia Post using your tracking number.

Processing Time
Orders are generally processed and shipped within 3-5 days domestic, 5–8 business days for Express Internation Shipping and 6-10 days Economy International Shipping, after payment confirmation. Custom artwork or made-to-order pieces may take longer, and estimated timelines will be communicated at the time of purchase.
