Special Orders

Didn't quite find what you were looking for? Feel free to reach out to us as we may be able to order the item as a "Special Order" from our supplier!

Such items could be large studio easels, wax melter pots/furnaces, particular Make N Bake polymer clay colours etc.

Please note:

• Special Orders may take more time to be delivered than our standard stock! So please be patient with us!
• Special Orders may be shipped separately from any other item(s) you have ordered from our stock on hand.
• If you enquire or request to order a "Special Order" we will contact you to discuss what you are hoping for, to confirm the item(s), discuss the cost of this item including GST and also delivery costs. If we are provided with an ETA for your Special Order, we will also pass this information on to you.
• Special orders will not be placed until confirmed by you, and payment has been received. 
• We do not offer refunds on Special Orders so please choose wisely! (This does not include some items purchased as a wholesale item eg. Make N Bake polymer clay. This can be confirmed upon discussing your Special Order Request.)
